The following terms apply to all users of this website (silentaffair.se), below stated as "the website". The terms are valid for all transactions between you and Silent Affair. These terms and conditions apply to the sales of garments and/or other products provided on the website. silentaffair.se is directed exclusively to private individuals. Silent Affair reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any given time.

Disclaimer

Silent Affair cannot guarantee that all items displayed at the website are in stock by the time of your purchase. In case an item of your order is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. Silent Affair cannot guarantee that the content of the website is at all time free of inaccuracies, typographical errors or is up-to-date. Silent Affair is allowed to, at any time, change the site’s content and items available in the product range. Even though Silent Affair always strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website and web shop errors may occur from time to time. Below is the privacy policy which describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from silentaffair.se. Please note that we do not alter our website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you place an order through the website, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
