Deliveries
Please note that all orders made will be cared for as soon as possible. Due to the fact that we are a small company, we stock limited quantities, all of the staff have multiple jobs and don’t follow the regular pattern for seasons and collections, there is a potential risk for longer delivery time than expected in some cases. However, we always strive for quick deliveries. In the case that deliveries are unusually slow and don’t follow our regular terms stated below, we will inform the buyer of the situation and offer the possibility of getting the money back, or product exchange.

Sweden
We offer free shipping on order values above 5000 SEK. Below this value we apply a standard shipping rate dependent on the current market conditions. Pick-up is not possible. Deliveries can be made by any carrier we see fit. Our shipping partner will, depending on the destination, suggest the most appropriate carrier.
EU & UK
For customers within the European Union and UK, we offer free shipping on all orders above 5000SEK (IN EQUIVALENT EUROS, AT CURRENT RATE). Below this value we apply a standard shipping rate depending on the current market conditions. Deliveries can be made by any carrier we see fit. Our shipping partner will, depending on the destination, suggest the most appropriate carrier.
Rest of the world
For customers outside the EU, we apply free shipping on all orders above 5000SEK (IN EQUIVALENT DOLLARS, AT CURRENT RATE). Order amounts below this value will be charged a shipping fee depending on the destination. Fees will vary, which will be seen at checkout. Shipping rates are not inclusive of potential duty fees or customs rates. The customer is responsible for any surcharge from authorities on the delivery. Delivery time can vary depending on the destination, but deliveries are typically made within 10 business days. Deliveries can be made by any carrier we see fit. Our shipping partner will, depending on the destination, suggest the most appropriate carrier.
Insurance
Each order is insured by us during transit, until it is picked up by the customer.
Non-collected shipments
For all orders with free shipping, we will charge a shipping and administrative fee provided that the package is not picked up by the customer and gets returned to us. This fee is €100 (or equivalent depending on the local currency) and will be invoiced. If you want to return a package, you must first collect it from the pick-up destination or the courier and then inform us.
Payments
Klarna
Klarna Checkout is the preferred payment provider we use. For international customers not acquainted with Klarna – it is the most common payment provider from Sweden. Klarna offers a range of payment alternatives embedded in their Checkout, such as paying by invoice, partial payment, credit card or direct bank wire.
Paypal
We also support PayPal.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your purchased order. You must return the item(s) in unused condition(s). We will only accept returns if labels and original packaging is fully intact. We are not responsible of any damage or loss during transit in the event of a return and/or exchange. The return shipping fee is not covered by us.
Please advice us on sizes or any other questions before making your purchase in order to avoid any unnecessary transports and administration.
If you want to return or exchange an item, you must first contact us via the contact page. Make sure you submit all details regarding your order and the item(s) related to the return and/or exchange. Once a confirmation is made by us, please send the package to the address submitted in our response e-mail.
Returns
Items are only exchangeable upon receipt of returned items, and are based on stock availability. We ship free of charge back to the customer in the case that the original order was subject to free shipping, otherwise there will be a surcharge for the return shipping from us.

Refunds
Your refund will be credited through the original purchaser’s payment method. We will issue a full refund if the complete order is returned. The return shipping fee will not be refunded by us. The refund will be made by us as soon as the returned package has been processed by us. Please note that we can not refund duties, taxes, or any additional charges. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
Product Care
Our garments are made of high quality fabrics and produced in the most advanced factories available. Despite this, we advice you to treat any garment with respect. When washing, avoid high temperatures and excessive centrifuging. Always wash inside out, with similar colors. Make sure you don’t wash our garments too often. Use dry cleaning rather than washing machines.
Despite high quality production processes - screen printing, sewing, embroidery and such will suffer from wear over time provided the garments are not cared for according to our guidelines. In the case of general stains, we recommend you dry clean the garments. In the event of a grease stain, we suggest you pre-treat the stain with dish soap together with a steamer or iron before a regular cold wash. Usually this will rinse out the grease, without the risk of damaging the garment. If there are any other product care issues, please contact us before attempting anything that potentially destroys your garment.
Quality care
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us immediately upon notice. We will accept refunds provided there is manufacturing defects. Any other problems related to improper wear or use, or carelessness, will not be covered by us. There will be aesthetical changes to our products over time, as is the case with any other garments regardless of quality. This is natural, and returns are not covered by us in the case of regular wear over time
